Hello, I’m looking for a roommate that has a similar lifestyle as me. The house is in a pretty quiet subdivision about 5 minutes off Exit 7 in Inwood.

I am looking for someone who is clean, organized, financially stable, and responsible with full time employment and transportation.

I have a bedroom on the upstairs level with a bathroom in the hallway. This space is $900 a month. The only furniture you would have to bring is what would belong in you bedroom/bathroom. No pets allowed

The space is available whenever I find a good candidate.

Utilities would be split evenly. Utilities consist of Electric, Water, Trash, Xfinity Wi-Fi.

I work full time and have graduate school in the evenings. I have a cat that is registered an ESA. I enjoy quietness, I don’t like going out to bars or clubbing. I enjoy doing things outdoors (hiking, camping, kayaking)
