Quaint wooden home built in the 70’s in Laguna Canyon, nestled in a neighborhood of artists and surrounded by nature. Quiet neighborhood, very safe, walkable park, lots of flowers, and lovely neighbors … this is a 3 BR, 2 BR with front and backyard, washer dryer, and parking. We pay gas, electric, water and wifi, and the landlord is cool and mostly never around.

We need a trio of girls who is kind, grounded, driven, honest (!!!), loyal, and true to themselves! Most importantly, I’m looking for people who are mature and responsible, always considerate of the people they live with, and at the end of the day - appreciate people being their silly selves. It is very crucial to take lifestyle into account - consider how you spend your time, who you spend your time with, and what you are looking for. If you are in a time in your life where drinking, partying late, and bringing home bar finds is the norm - this home might not be for you. If you are not open to meeting new people or accepting of other people/perspectives - this home might not be for you.
