Room for rent
I have a room for rent in a 2 bedroom 1 1/2 bath upstairs apartment in south Napa. $1000.00 a month and half of PG&E and internet, plus a $500.00 deposit. In the full bathroom the shower/bathtub is shared but the rest of the bathroom would be yours. Will only rent to one person, no couples. Already a dog on site so no dogs but I will consider a cat for the right person with an additional pet deposit.
About the roomies
It’s just me and my trusty sidekick Betty 🐶. I’m not the best house keeper so I definitely need a roommate that’s not messy but also not a neat freak. Other than that it’s a pretty relaxed environment.
