Hello! We live in sera Mesa right of the 15 close to the 805. We are two down to earth girls that looking for a nice roomate. We’re very respecatable and not up tight and looking for someone like that as well. Our lease is month to month after January. There’s tons of parking on the street and in the houses behind our apartment. We need someone to move in ASAP, prorated rent the first month!! Then 1000$ rent for own master bedroom and bathroom. Around 50$ for utilities. A lot of the house is furnished but feel free to add your stuff and use ours. :)
