Madison's room

2 bd room in Roslindale (opened bedroom shown in photos) our unit is on 1st floor of a 2 level home on residential street, in unit laundry located in basement, free on street parking, living room, kitchen w/ a dishwasher, dining area are all furnished, small back yard with picnic table, multiple grocery stores located nearby 8-15 minute drive (Target is about a 3 minute drive). Coffee shop, Chinese food, liquor/convenient store, and pizza place all at the end of the street, large park at end of street 3-5 min walk. Water and trash included, we split gas/electric/wifi bill 3 ways. Gas typically 20-40$ each, wifi is $25, and eletric depends on season, usually around $75 in hot summer months when ACs are ran. Multiple restaurants, bars, stores located nearby. Commuter rail is a 5 minute walk to Roslindale village stop, forest hills (orange line) and chestnut hill (green line - riverside line) T stations are both 10 minute drives. Fenway park is a 12-14 min uber ride.

What we are looking for: preferably a young working professional, full time job/secure income is a must, must be cleanly, okay with dogs, we like going out on weekends or occasional week nights for games or to see friends but during the week prefer someone who is more laid back (no large parties).

24y/o female and 25y/o male, we share one of the bedrooms, both work full time hybrid positions in the city, we have a 14 y/o toy poodle - completely house trained and well behaved and does not shed so no allergy concerns.
