I have a room available for rent in my 5 Bedroom / 3 Bathroom home in Northwest Anaheim by Euclid St & La Palma Ave. I am currently renting out four of the rooms to females and I am looking to rent out the 5th room to another female.

Living in the house is a teacher (whom you will be sharing the bathroom with), Disney cast member, and two other business professionals. It’s a quiet house and everyone goes to sleep pretty early. They are all in their late 20’s early 30’s. The house is generally clean and quiet and most of the roommates are never home. The roommates take turns cleaning the house.

You are not just renting out a room, you have access to all the common area spaces. Feel free to host some friends over and hang out in the living room or cook a meal with them in the kitchen or outdoor grill. No parties though.

The room is not furnished, the furniture in the picture belongs to the current tenant which is moving out on Sunday.
