Looking for someone clean and responsible who’s interested in renting this large room in my house. A lease agreement will be created for my protection as well as yours. Income verification and ID will be required.

Room:

• It is a private, bright, and spacious large bedroom (13’ x 13’) with a closet and ceiling fan.
• It will be furnished with an office chair and a “mahogany wood “modern desk. (shown in photos)
• The bathroom, which has 2 sinks, will be shared with another female roommate.
• All utilities are included (Electric, Water, Gas, Sewer, Trash, Internet)
• You get street parking access.
• Washer/Dryer are located on the 2nd floor.
• Internet is Fiber - 1 Gbps.

House:

• A cozy, newly renovated 2-story house with a rooftop deck located near the 215 freeway.
• The neighborhood is located near lots of places to eat and shop for groceries.
• No shoes household.
• No smoking household.
• No drugs or heavy alcohol use.
• Pet-free household.

I am clean, organized, and respectful of people’s space and looking for roommates who are the same. I mostly keep to myself and if there are any concerns, I am always more than willing to accommodate.
