Hi! I’m looking to sublease out the Master Bedroom with an attached bathroom in a 2b2b apartment unit at Avalon mission bay, SF. The unit is brand new and unfurnished. Floor plan attached. The apartment is located in a very convenient location right across Caltrain and Safeway. It offers many free amenities including a rock climbing wall, yoga studio, badminton courts etc. Link to the Avalon Community with amenities and other info is below The second room is taken by my friend who is very tidy, respectful and responsible. She would prefer the person taking the master bedroom to be another female who shares similar traits and is respectful of the space. The rent would be $1900k - $2k a month We are flexible on the rent depending on the sub-leasing term.
