** if you are reading this the room is still available** I am moving out of my bedroom at the end of June and am looking for someone to take it over! It will be available for a July 01 move-in, in a shared house located between Fairmount and Northern Liberties. Room has a good size closet, and easy access to a large bathroom shared with one other person.

Two blocks away from Broad Street and close multiple public transportation routes, including airport routes. Less than a mile from City Hall and Temple University, making it a great location for an easy commute to work or class. There is ample street parking with the option for a street parking permit, and even a bike-sharing station down the road.

• Separate laundry room with washer/dryer (located on second floor of house) -Large common areas
• Backyard with patio

About the house, 3-Story home with 4 bedrooms/2 bathrooms, room available for rent is on the 3rd floor, plenty of storage, backyard patio and a rooftop balcony. House is also home to friendly cats that generally remain off the room floors. Utilities are split among all roommates averaging around $100 per person. We’re looking for a young professional with a stabler job, preferably no remote workers and no additional pets.
