Seeking roommate to share incredible, newly renovated apartment in historic Fort Greene Brooklyn.

This place is so quiet and peaceful, I really cannot believe it. Both bedrooms can fit queen beds, desks and big sofa chairs. Storage is great, however I’m preferring to live with someone who enjoys a minimalist setting. The kitchen is phenomenal with all new whirlpool appliances. New washer and dryer in building. Natural light for days. It’s really perfect.

Fort greene is simply the best. Every train is within a 5-15 minute walk with easy access to bus transfers if needed. The apartment is 2 blocks from FG Park. Great place to work out. There’s a wonderful grocery, CrossFit gym, yoga studio, dollar stores, cvs, all banks, amazing restaurants, literally right outside the door. Target/ Whole Foods and Brooklyn yards are ten minutes away.

I’m an artist in many mediums. I also teach and will be coaching students from home. Looking for someone who will be gone during the day. Students are welcome but prefer 30’s and above. Cool, calm, considerate and clean. No drama. No party house. No smokers. 420 is fine but not in home. No blaring music. Would love to share a movie and a meal sometimes but not looking for a best friend. Prefer no sleep overs for the first three months to see how we adjust living together. All types of people are welcome here. There will be a three month trial period with the hopes of becoming permanent. You will sign a lease with me. The landlord must approve.

First/ last/ security upfront. 2 years tax returns, 4 pay stubs, credit check, references, co signers welcome.

About dogs. Would love for another small, well behaved dog to joint this crew. No behavioral problems. No destroyers. Just another chill animal for my animal to hang with.
