Hello All!

We are an African American couple in our mid 30s looking to lease a beautiful home in The Woodlands/Conroe/Spring area, and then rent out 2-4 bedrooms. This would be a VERY NICE home to be shared. Move in would be Early December. Planning to rent to

A. Other young professionals, B. Not so young professionals lol… C. College Students D. Multiple Rooms to a Family or an entire area/upstairs.

Only want those looking to live in a beautiful single family home rather than an apartment in these types of areas and not have qualify to pay the full cost on your own. The Home selected will be in an area with amenities that can be enjoyed by all.

We are also open to renting rooms to those working in the area who only need select days out of the week.

Terms can be negotiated, but this is an initial thought depending on the home selected

1. 1-Bedroom, unfurnished, utilities included - $750; Total Move In: $1200 (First Month’s Rent & $500 Non-Refundable Deposit)
2. 2-Bedrooms, unfurnished, utilities included - $1500; Total move In: $1800 (First Month’s Rent & $500 Non-Refundable Deposit)
3. Entire Upstairs or section of Home for a family or split amongst yourself/roommates (I.e. 3 Br & Living/Gameroom, 2 baths), unfurnished, utilities included. You will only share the kitchen downstairs - $2250; Total Move In: $2300 (First Month’s Rent & $500 Non-Refundable Deposit)
4. Commuter/Traveler: 1-Bedroom (4Nights/Wk) - $120/wk or $30/day. Will need furniture.

We do not smoke, drink, have pets, or throw wild parties. Although we do not have children at home on a regular basis, however your behaved children are welcome. We are a calm laid back couple with the goal to work hard, build a life, and save money while living in a nice and safe environment.

Serious inquiries only. ONLY 1 Year commitment/lease minimum will be strongly considered. Higher rates for shorter terms. We are looking to get all rooms filled/accounted for as soon as possible, so if you would like the entire space or multiple rooms, contact me ASAP.

ALL spaces will need to be accounted for BEFORE the lease is signed.

What we will need:

1. 3 most recent check stubs reflecting 3x the rent (combined if a couple)
2. Copy of your credit scores
3. Lease Agreement (either main or room specific)
4. Total Move In Amount (1st month’s Rent & $500 Non-Refundable Deposit)
5. The ultimate goal will be for everyone to be on the main lease but if not possible, we can work out an arrangement or lease agreement for the area you are renting.
