The house is 4b2b, 3b1b on the second floor, 1b1b in the basement and living room, dinning room & kitchen on the first floor. I’m looking for someone to fill the 3b1b on the second floor. Front room $650, Rear room $600 (Rented until 11/30/2023), Middle room $530 (Rented until 11/30/2023). Plus Shared Utility. Newly upgraded kitchen completely renovated in 2022 October, brand new washer and dryer, new hardwood floor on the first floor. Prefer long term lease and ok with short term. Cat is okay. Easy street parking & off-street parking, and close to multiple bus routes.
