The room is the second biggest of the four independent rooms in a very big house that has a full size kitchen, a very big living room, two bathrooms (one independent, one attached to biggest room) which are shared across all residents. The house members are clean young working male professionals of Indian origin with fantastic attitude. There is a private backyard for relaxing and a covered garage, along with other parking space, all of which combined can accommodate a total of 4 cars. Heating and hot water is included in the rent. Washer and dryer are present in the basement and free to use. Electricity, TV & WiFi is billed separately and shared among all, and is usually very minimal. The house has a lot of furniture in living room and utensils, refrigerator, microwave and other basics in kitchen which are happily shared. Please text for more details and scheduling a visit.
