Available is a brick house with unfurnished private master bedroom. If needed, a bed can be added. This is a 3 bedroom house and one bathroom. One of the room is rented. $565 a month (utilities included), plus $565 security deposit. Conveniently located minutes from restaurants and major retails such as Target, Walmart, etc. You don’t have to have perfect credit to apply, just need someone who is responsible.
