Looking to fill two rooms in a beautiful, sunny, spacious duplex in Prospect Heights starting on December 1st.

The two rooms each have large windows and huge closets. Both can fit a full-size bed. The rooms are are adjacent and share a bathroom (the second floor has its own). Seeking someone who is clean, quiet, and respectful of common spaces.

The building is also mostly families so it’s preferable that you don’t bring the party home. The building is very safe (with a 24 hour doorman), and there is a washer and dryer on every floor. The building is also strictly no pets (sorry–I’m as bummed as you are).

The apt is advantageously located just 2 blocks from Prospect Park, the Brooklyn Botanical Gardens, the Brooklyn Museum, and the central library, plus a bunch of incredible restaurants/bars/coffee shops as well as a couple grocery stores. There’s a 2/3 subway right around the corner and the Q/B/4/5/Shuttle trains are all within a 10-min walking distance.

The apt is non-smoking, and no pets (but does have a dish washer and central AC!) The apt is located on the top floor of a 4 story building (with elevator!). The apartment has a large porch and an even bigger kitchen.

Rent for the smaller room $1000. The larger room is $1100. Both require signing a 1-year lease (first month, last, and security deposit). Would consider either two renters or a single person for both rooms (using one as a bedroom and the other as office/studio/etc.). You should also account for your portion of utilities.

You: are courteous (uses coasters), responsible (washes dishes), and clean (sees crumbs, wipes ’em up).
