You’ll enjoy a comfortable sleep on a 10“ Fiberglass-free Gel Memory Foam Queen Mattress.

Your room is equipped with smart lights, allowing you to adjust the color and brightness from your phone. It also features a spacious closet and full-length mirrors.

Smart speakers are installed throughout the apartment. You can play your favorite music simply by saying “Hey Siri/Alexa, play XXXX,” even while you shower.

The apartment is conveniently located just two blocks away from the subway/metro entry. You can reach various places in LA without traffic, such as DTLA, Universal Studios, Hollywood, and Santa Monica, within a short walk to the subway (5 min).

We are also in close proximity to the world-famous Echo Park, providing a serene and natural environment to relax and enjoy.

The unit includes a washer and dryer, and all necessary kitchen appliances are available for your use. The bathroom will be shared only with me, and I maintain a super clean and tidy space.

Rent is $1.1K per month, including all bills, with a $500 deposit. Premium spring water delivery service is also included, so you won’t need to worry about purchasing drinking water during your stay.

Bonus: You’ll have a view of the Hollywood sign from the couch!

While the place costs me more than $2.3+ per month, I am offering it for just $1,100 for the right fit. The selection process will involve two interviews (one FaceTime and one in-person), and once completed, you’ll be in!
