A safe quiet neighborhood in Round Rock, Texas! 5-10 minutes away from Wal-mart and H‑E‑B, and close to E. Old Settlers Park, & Dell Diamond. If you’re a student at Texas State RR campus, we are less than 10 minutes away from it! The living room is fully furnished and the kitchen is equipped but we are more than happy to make room for your own cookware. We have one room fully furnished with a queen size bed, nightstand and a dresser that we are willing to sell to you or sell off if you want to bring your own furniture to the space. Bathroom will be shared! The utilities will be split evenly between us.

You will be living with my sister and I! We both have our own dogs, a small Aussie and a Yorkie mix. We both are working professionals, and work hybrid (sometimes in office or at home) so we do require quiet times during 9-5. We aren’t party animals and tend to just hang out in our rooms or we are out with our dogs and friends. We are lgbtqia friendly, and weed friendly too as long as you take it to our outside porch.
