This is a wonderful apartment in North Park. With many amenities such as the washer/dryer in the unit, a fireplace, dishwasher, and a garage. Month to Month lease. The bedroom is on its own side of the apartment, and has its own bathroom and cute patio w a gate. Honestly feels like your own apartment. The area is very walkable, has the best smoothie stand a block away, a Von’s, a corner store, nail salon across the street and so much more.

There are 2 roommates living there currently, Torrey and Kenyon. Torrey has a puppy named Finn, who is very friendly. They both work full time, so the unit is pretty quiet.
