About the room: -Available for August 1st or Pro-rated from move in day -large private master bedroom with 2 door closet, & two large windows with lots of natural light. -Private En-suite bathroom in your room, no one else will have access to it. Bathroom has additional storage under the sink and behind the mirror. -$1,250/month which includes all utilities & Laundry Access! We are full time working professionals in our mid 20s. We have had roommates range from 20s to 40s and still got a long great! We would like to find likeminded people who are working full time outside the house, clean, friendly, respects others & their space. I would say we are very easy going people who don’t mind being social, but will also keep to ourselves & respect your alone time, not be overbearing. Some of our hobbies are going to hang out with our family or friends, we enjoy board games, anime, pc gaming, basketball, & painting acrylic on canvas. We also do have friendly cats, that are primarily in our room most days.
