Blue's room

Looking for 1 friendly and respectful roommate to rent the lower 2 rooms of my 4 bedroom home in Aurora. The living room and bedroom are fully furnished, second room could be used as a bedroom or office (unfurnished). Laundry and kitchen are shared spaces between us. Property is in a quiet cul-de-sac near public transportation. Not far from Buckley Air Force Base.

I’m a female with a small dog who loves people. I work a lot. I might consider another small dog or cat if the two get along and the dog is potty trained and/or the cat is litter trained. I do have a small doggy door that leads to a great back yard. My elderly mother and friends come to visit on occasion, but work keeps me really busy.
