WILMINGTON MASTER BEDROOM RENTAL, CLOSE TO UNCW, 15 minutes from Wrightsville Beach!! The room we are renting is a spacious, unfurnished, primary bedroom, in our 3 bedroom 2 bath house. The primary bedroom is away from the other two bedrooms on the other side of the house. It has a private, attached bathroom inside the room and walk-in closet as well! There is a full washer and drier in the house. The property has a very large fenced in/private backyard with a small storage shed. There is a large driveway for plenty of parking. This a safe, older neighborhood. It is only a 10 minute drive to UNCW and New Center on any given day! Its is a two minute drive away from access to College Road/gas station and a hiking trail as well by the neighboring lake. This room is perfect for college students or anyone wanting a larger/more private/ quiet space. Please feel free to message me or send a text as well with any questions!
The other two roommates in each room are both laid back females in their early 20s. Both are currently attending UNCW. One roommate will be keeping a small cat that will only stay in their bedroom and will not be let out to any of the common areas. (There is a small pet rent/fee) The living room/ kitchen/dining area will have some furniture already, but you are welcome to bring things for the common spaces as well. Roommates split utilities! There is already utilities under one roommate’s name. We would prefer another female roommate but are open to couples as well. (Everyone signs a lease)
