Hello! You would be renting a 1 bedroom and sharing 1 bathroom in a 4 bedroom house. There will be 4 people total living there including you. We live in Lynnwood, about 7 minutes away from Alderwood Mall and about 20 min away from Seattle. The house downstairs is furnished and there is garage space and a back patio. My room will not be furnished, except for the black cubes you see in the walk-in closet, I can leave those for you. Hoping for someone to do a one year lease. I am looking for someone to take my room as I will be moving out to be closer to work. Therefore, I won’t be living in this space with you. My other roommates are young professionals in their late twenties. They are very independent and tend to keep to themselves, however they are also friendly, organized, clean and neat people. I have never had a problem living with them. They are reasonable and understanding. I am looking for someone to take my room as
