Dover Terrace Drive

My daughter and I live here in a townhome on the northside of Lakeland. It is situated near shopping, fitness centers, and highway 98. It is a quiet complex back off the road. There is a community pool.We have a deck outback. The room for rent includes a dresser, a lamp table, and closet. There is NO bed. We recently had a roommate stay with us for three months which worked out great! He used an air mattress. There are 15 steps in our two story home, rented room is upstairs. I am a sixty-two year old woman and my daughter is a young adult working and going to school. We live quietly with our friendly golden retriever and an indoor cat who is very affectionate. We are conservative Christians and would like someone with the same values to rent. I would prefer that socializing would take place outside the home. No parties, no sleepovers, and no smoking. Limited alcohol. We are down to earth people who just moved here recently and are very busy establishing my daughters future so that is why we are looking for someone quiet. Sorry no pets, we have enough haha. We are clean and happy people. We are looking for someone who is either going to school or working a lot. We would like to meet beforehand to see if it will be a fit.
