There are two rooms up for rent but only one available. Meaning there are two people already living here, but we are willing to adjust depending on your needs. The first room is $450 a month and sharing the hallway bathroom (full), the second room (master) is for $600 and it has two closets and its own full bathroom. Bedroom can come furnished if needed. Bedroom would have queen size bed with mattress, six drawer dresser with mirror. The house is already furnished with two refrigerators (one in the house and one in the garage). It comes with a washer and dryer. This place is near the Northwest Florida College. Its about 15-17 minutes from 7th Group/Duke Field, 10 minutes from Eglin, and 15-20 minutes from Destin. You are really close to everything you need, but far away enough to not worry about traffic. Really chill neighborhood, and very cozy house. Call and come check it out.
