Victorville: Beautiful, CLEAN and QUIET 2 story house (must be able to climb, and go down, stairs easily and safely) in nice neighborhood close to HWY 395 for commuters. Parking on the street. Large private unfurnished room. Will share upstairs bathroom and refridgerator in garage with one other roommate. Bathroom has 2 sinks, 2 medicine cabinets and your own drawers and cabinet. Kitchen and laundry access. Backyard access, also (It’s awesome! Jacuzzi (extra charge in winter for heating), built in BBQ and kitchen, pond, fire pit, gazebo, grass, plants and flowers, large covered patio, etc.). Internet is included but no cable or Dish TV is hooked up. Only CLEAN, QUIET, SINGLE people need apply. Owner and current roommate are all of the above!!!! No smoking indoors. No overnight guests. No pets (I have one cat). No parties/drugs or excessive drinking. $300.00 security deposit returnable when move out if all is OK (as it was when you moved in). Rent due on first of month in full. I prefer to communicate via here, email, text or call and then meet in person at a public place. Then, if we both feel it’s a possible match, and you are serious about renting right away, I will show you the house/room. If you still want to rent the room, I have a contract you will need to read and sign when you give the first months rent along with the security deposit. It’s for all party’s protection. Rent will be pro-rated if you don’t move in exactly on the first. First come (with all the money), first serve. I will not hold the room!!!!

Owner and current roomie are both females over 40 years old. Prefer 2nd roomie to be 21 or older. Gender isn’t an issue
