Bryan's room

Room 1 - I am currently in so the photos will have furniture but I am moving into the tiny house space I have in the backyard. The closest in this room I have been using as desk space, but feel free to adjust that space to fit your needs best.

Room 2 - will very much be like room one when I have that space ready. I hope to find a similar person to rent that space.

Room 3 - the occupied room I am making adjustments to split so we have extra storage space if you chose to use as well as access to the 2nd bathroom.

I have been here for almost a year and the neighbors have been nice, my current roommate takes the bus to work so I am sure he has the tips I drive and maybe like 8 min from the highway, restaurants, stores, and shops. Still learning the area and feel like if you drive you won’t have any issues other than one of the intersections can be a bit tricky. I know I posted none furnished but I have extra furniture and if not used/needed I will probably end up selling some things.

I am a geeky gay guy who tends to be a bit of an introvert. I am usually working, studying, gaming, designing, or working on the next house update currently been working on the yard area and rooms. Currently, there is another geeky gay guy renting one of the rooms who’s a bit more extroverted, he currently has Dungeons & Dragons in the living room on some Saturdays with some of his coworkers, can be found singing while cooking, and sometimes is just nude. I try to have like a movie night or game night once or twice a month with some friends in the living room (feel free to join).

It would be nice to find someone who wants to be here for a while. Who clean up behind themselves and are respectful of others. LGBTQ-friendly, not racist, can communicate any needs, okay with nudity, I tend to be in my underwear (but can adjust). Currently, none of us have any pets.
