About the room
I am a man. Which have my own room. And is very busy. I have one bedroom for rent to a decent , drama free male. Or female. The background check will be performed. The house has a back yard. And we share kitchen and bathroom and dining room. There is a lot of cabinet for your dishes. There is no washer dryer, but the laundry is very close by. We can park in front of the house. The house is very close to jack in the box, Raley market, Bank of America. And hilltop mall, and hilltop drive. No free way needed. The neighbors are down to earth and nice. If you like to smoke you will go to the back yard. No pet please. I already have a small dog, which is very friendly. Utilities included. The room is furnished. You will have your own bathroom.
