SET UP: The master bedroom has the husband (50) and wife (40), the other bedroom downstairs has the kids at the far end of the home so you cannot hear them. There are two bedrooms upstairs and one bathroom, tenant #1 (the current tenant, 60) has been there for awhile, she is quiet and clean and works all the time. The other tenant #2 (the one moving out) has the bedroom with a balcony overlooking the beautiful backyard.
