The room has plenty of space for your stuff, 2 closets, a king bed, a desk, chairs, a dresser, 2 nightstands, walking shower and double vanity sink. You have own section of cabinet and own refrigerator in the kitchen. The house is a 2 story home with 3 bedrooms all on the 2nd floor, close to Tyler mall & CBU. Quiet neighborhood. Off street parking. Access to kitchen, dining room, laundry room and backyard.

We are married couple with two kiddos, nice people, and like to have clean/respectful roommates and a healthy environment in the house. We will be living in different city because of work, but we will stop by sometime to take care around the house and the garden.

The rent is for individual female, but if you want to add another female person, pls inbox. The other two rooms will be renting to females (one female/each room)

No party/ no smoking. No shoes in the house. Sometime visitor is okay, but prior notice and no overnight. 1 month advance notice before terminating the rent.
