Quiet neighborhood.Access to kitchen, dining room, laundry room and backyard.
We are married couple with two kiddos, nice people, and like to have clean/respectful roommates and a healthy environment in the house. We are living in different city because of work and renting all rooms to females (one for each room)
The rent is for individual female, but if you want to add another female person, pls inbox.
No party/ no smoking. No shoes in the house. Sometime visitor is okay, but prior notice and no overnight. 1 month advance notice before terminating the rent.
