The house is just 5 minutes from OIT and Sky Lakes. We have a room in our spacious 4 bedroom, 2,525 sq ft house on a tree lined street, in a walkable neighborhood.

All utilities included – fiber WiFi and a hard-line in every bedroom, electricity, water/sewer, trash, and security system. Geothermal heat means endless hot showers and warm feet from the radiant heat floors. Our thermostat is controllable though so it’s not 80° all the time!

The bedroom is 11’ x 13’ with an additional 3’ x 6’ closet. It is furnished with a full-size bed, two sets of sheets, blackout curtains, 55” TV, mini fridge, four Turkish cotton towels, and a body pillow. The closet has an organized hanging storage. Rearranging or removing furniture is totally okay!

Full access to the house of course. Big open kitchen, fully stocked with all sorts of small appliances, organic fair trade spices and everything needed to satisfy most people who love to cook. There’s also a huge microwave in the corner if you don’t want to cook.

There is a really nice washer and dryer that I got last year brand new. We can schedule a day or work you in as needed.

Weekly shared chore list to keep things fair

No smoking or vaping indoors The covered back patio has a furniture set I bought new this last summer and is a nice place to smoke or just hang out.

There’s a BBQ and smoker in the backyard and garden space available if you’re into growing things.

Pets upon approval and an additional pet deposit

Daybed w a trundle & queen air mattress available for guests that stay no longer than 5 days

First/Last and refunded deposit as long as no damages =$2,200 to move in. I have previous renters referrals if you want proof of received deposit returns

I had a renter for 10 years but this will only let me put a 24 month long stay

We’re a creative and conscious home, respectful of personal space and good communication. The layout gives everyone privacy, but the common areas are great for conversation, food, or chill evenings.

We have lived with people of all ages and backgrounds. No drama, no micromanaging, just mutual respect and shared space.
