Lucas's room

Hi! I have a room available in a two-bedroom, one-bath apartment in Mar Vista. Part of a 6-unit complex with friendly neighbors, in a quiet neighborhood close to LAX and the Mar Vista Farmer’s Market.

Landlord is friendly and accommodating. Lots of plants and flowers outside maintained by one of the tenants. Really, it is a joyous location and I would like to continue living here for a while.

There is a coin-operated laundry machine and dryer on , and street parking is quite easy to find, although there are some unclaimed parking spots available for a bit extra monthly if you would like to always have a spot (I personally am able to find street parking without issue).

The room that is available has a large window, great natural light and a full closet. Wall-to-wall carpeting in the whole apartment except for kitchen and bath.

Looking for a roommate for mid-August or September 1st.

I am an artist and would be open to living with another creative person, although not necessary :) I am pretty clean and like to keep the apartment and kitchen spiffy, so if that is a priority for you, then great!
