The second roommate is a male in his late 20’s/30’s, who is full time working professional. There is no parties, no smoking, no marijuana, and no illegal drugs, and no excessive drinking. We have house rules in place to protect all tenant’s quiet enjoyment of the home. There is a house keeper who comes every two weeks to clean the common areas and shared spaces.
