Hello and thank you for taking into consideration our place. This room is perfectly clean, in a very quiet, friendly, and safe neighborhood! There is a small refrigerator, microwave, and television. The room is located on the right side of the house and your privacy is assured. It is a Single family home close to shopping, beaches, and hospitals. A very quiet place to come to after a long day of work. Off street parking, fenced in yard. We also have outside security cameras to protect the property.

I’m an workaholic and easy going old man, none of my tenants complained about my property or myself. Come and see it.
