Hello! I am renting a room in my apartment; available now for a short or long term lease, but seeking at least 6 months.

The complex is located in the North Druid Hills area; very close to Emory and Mercer University for those that may be in school or may work nearby.

FYI: There is a small Boston terrier who is extremely lovable that lives in the home as well.

The tv you see pictured will stay in the room for your enjoyment. You’’ll also have the shelf arrangement you see pictured which can be used for storage, shelving, or aesthetic purposes. The bathroom decor you see pictured can be removed if you prefer, or it can be utilized during the occupancy; totally up to you. The common areas will be a shared space.

Complex Features:

The complex features a year-round pool, 24-hour gym access, a dog park, open courtyard area w/ grills. It is also in close proximity to mainstream shopping centers such as Cheshire Bridge plaza, Toco Hills, Lenox Square Mall, and Phipps Plaza.

Hello! I have been in Atlanta for 2 years now; it is just me and my boston terrier puppy. I work full tine and run my business as well, so I’m not home very much. I love to cook, be outdoors, and find random things to get into. Anything else? Just ask.
