Hello, I am interested in renting out my room in my 2b2b apartment in Tempe. You would get the master bedroom and your own bathroom with a walk in closet.

I prefer to not have any pets and to keep things pretty clean! I’ll have an occasional guest over but not too much. I wake up pretty early for work but will stay up later on my days off.
