Hello my name is Gustavo G and I’m looking for someone that can take over my lease because I already graduated from my university and my government doesn’t help me anymore with income, so I cannot pay this amount of rent. I am going to Panama in November and I would like to (swap) my lease with anyone who is interested. If you are interested to move in before November, you would have to pay me the deposit, that would be 300 and the half of the rent / or less, depending on the day you decide to move, but if it’s in November, you just need to give me 300 for the deposit.

This is a great opportunity for many reasons:

• my roommate, it’s amazingly polite and respectful so she would like to have someone respectful, that would be awesome. She is from South Africa, she cleans her plates, and we actually have a schedule about cleaning the house every week, you don’t have to do that, but is an expample that you can see how organized she is.

• Monthly total Rent- for the room: $1180.00/wihtout the wifi- water-power that’s not connected with the rent, but that would be 55 extra, it always 55 extra for me.

-The deposit would be $300.00, you don’t need to pay rent twice in the first month.

-The living room is quite spacious, very fresh and comfortable.

-You can have your own parking space if you have a car, with great security

-Excellent laundry machines in the lobby ( I am on the second floor) you can get there with the elevator very quick.

The neighborhood is very quiet, safe, beautiful and friendly. It is nice to do exercise, there is a park 10 minutes walking from the apartment.

there are 3 supermarkets 5-10 minutes walking from the apartments: Jon’s, dollar tree and Gelson’s.

There’s a lot of restaurants next to the apartments.

We have an amazing bbq place with a beautiful view. Sometimes the manager loves to do activities for everyone, for example, amazing gatherings and bbq with the neighbors.
