It is affordable and has many amenities included, such a as free internet, a full gym, pool, clubhouse, hot tub, trash services, and great management! The unit is semi-furnished with a washer, dryer, dishwasher and kitchen all included. There are multiple bus stops that lead to campus as well as other places around Boone.

The roommates are great people and very polite and responsible. Two of the roommates are in a fraternity and the other two are not. They will be invested in getting to know you but will also give you space if needed. They are dog friendly and fun!
