Lincoln Avenue

This is a six-bedroom house right next to Old Town Pasadena, and there will be three rooms available from 07/01/2023 to 06/31/2024. The rent ($1410 for the smallest room and $1435 for the other two available rooms) includes utilities, gardening, and biweekly housekeeping of all common areas. There is central heating and A/C, as well as a washer, dryer, and dishwasher. Pets (especially cats!) are welcome. The house is a 5 minute walk from Vallarta and Smart & Final, and it’s a 10 minute walk from Old Town. It’s also less than a 10 minute drive to Caltech, JPL, or PCC.

There are currently five of us signed up for next year—21F, 21M, 21M, 22F, and 24M (that’s me!). We’re looking forward to having a fun, social house environment, inviting friends over for dinner, games, and movie nights whenever is convenient. We’re all former Caltech and Harvey Mudd undergrads, and we’ll be working as software engineers and research assistants in various lab groups at Caltech (I’ve been in the climate modeling group for the past three years). Some of our hobbies include hiking, piano, bouldering, dancing, volleyball, DDR, sewing, and parkour. Additional granola girls/boys are welcome!
