It is a great area and excellent neighborhood. The room is newly renovated and unfurnished. Full bath is located next to the room. Available parking with permit given by owner.

New to North Las Vegas. Originally from Southern California. I’m in HR. I’ve been a roommate to homeowners and enjoyed the experience.
