You will have 1 of the 3 bedrooms in the lower level, 1 shared bath, 1 very spacious living area with access to back yard.

You will have a small kitchenette in the lower level for basic heating and storage. The lower level is fully separate so you will enjoy your privacy at all times.

There is basic living room furniture right now but you are free to bring your own.

The house is close to mall and the commercial area with walking access to Lifetime fitness.
