Walking distance to restaurants bars, a park/dog park, and the main 30th street area. -2 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom (You would have private room and shared bathroom, living room, and kitchen with me.) -Lots of space -Kitchen includes updated oven, stove, microwave, large sink, fridge, and dishwasher. -Pet friendly w/ fee (I love pets!, but do not have any of my own) -In unit washer/dryer -One shared parking spot, street parking can usually be found pretty close. -Upstairs in an 8-apartment complex.

I am a 25-year old queer woman and would love to find another queer woman, non-binary person, or someone in that realm or an ally to room with! I work generally 9-5 on weekdays at a non-profit and am involved in some volunteering and event-planning. Outside of work I usually like to relax at home or outside, explore, practice yoga or aerial yoga, try new things, hang out with friends, and go out every once in awhile. I am clean and tidy. I like my place to stay organized for the most part but have and understand those “meh” days where you don’t want to clean anything. I appreciate communication and am happy to work out ways to ensure everyone is comfortable and has their needs met. I don’t smoke and do not want smoke in my place, but okay if you do it elsewhere.
