Bashian Drive

My condo is located in Novi, MI in a quiet, safe neighborhood occupied by families and professional people. It’s a 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath nicely renovated, comfortable living space. The condo is located at the far end of a court and away from the road. My end unit is adjacent to a large grass yard with trees and bushes and lots of privacy. A great place to play with dogs or play games. Across the street is the clubhouse and a well maintained heated pool. Next to clubhouse is a large fenced in area with uneven, cracked pavement and some nets. They call it tennis courts, but I beg to differ. Parking is in the court and always has available spots. My basement is newly finished and is a nice living space providing extra privacy. My kids don’t live with me, but my 11 yr old son visits most weekends. Occasionally, 1 of my teenage daughters will come for the weekend as well. I’m looking to rent to a woman only because I absolutely don’t want my daughters to feel uncomfortable when they stay over. I have a small dog and a cat. Both are very friendly. I currently live by myself.
