This is part of a newer condo gated complex with really nice amenities such pool, gym and club house. The living room has tall ceilings with a built in home theater with 70“tv. The kitchen has all stainless steel appliances. There is a washer and dryer in the garage for easy cleaning of laundry. Each room is private with its own large closet and it’s own en-suite bathroom! The bathrooms are modern with stone countertops and redone shower/bath tubs! Each room has its own key so the door can be locked when you aren’t there for added privacy.

For students of CSUSM, this place is less than a mile from campus and is an easy walk to class so now need to drive to school and pay for an expensive parking pass!!

A little about me, I’m a 28 year old working professional that’s a pretty easy going person. I work 10 hours a day so my weeks are usually pretty routine and busy. I’m a pretty easy going person and like things to stay picked up and clean.

Room rent includes utilities. Move in date is flexible between September 15th and Oct 1st

Looking for easy going roommates. I currently have one other roommate and he is also a working professional. We are both pretty laid back, we are out of the house frequently, keep things clean and are looking for something similar. Both male and female roommates are welcome.
