Fully furnished private 1 BR / 1 BA available in a 2/2 luxury apartment in a great area!

All utilities + maid service included, perfect for someone in transition. Just bring your toiletries and clothes and you’re set!

The large, light and bright apartment is 1350 sq ft and fully furnished in modern, yet comfortable bohemian/Moroccan/shabby chic decor. We are on the 3rd floor with hillside views and don’t share walls except, of course, the floor. It’s a 2 bedroom, 2 bath with high ceilings and blonde laminate wood floors in the common areas. The fully stocked kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances (dishwasher, microwave, fridge w/ water and ice). The bathrooms have travertine counters. The bedrooms have neutral carpet and walk-in closets. Central air/heat with a digital thermostat.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook and entertain and more. There’s a balcony off the light-drenched living room. There’s an Alexa and a Sony Bravia OLED 65“ flat-screen TV with a fully loaded AppleTV that has Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, HBOMax and more. I also have a treadmill, a spin bike, a trampoline, a power tower, yoga mats, bands, free weights and more to get a full workout at home. Also being close to Runyon is great and so convenient.

The guest bedroom (your room) is on the left side of the apartment. It is fully furnished and has a large walk-in closet. The king-size bed is adjustable if you want to bring your own mattress and has storage drawers underneath. There is a desk, 2 lamps and a large bookshelf. Your private full bathroom, with a shower and tub, is across the hall. There is also a 40“ flatscreen and an Apple TV on a large bookshelf with cubes for extra storage (not pictured).

The monthly rent is $1900 ($2250 for 2 people), which includes all utilities (water, gas, electric), high-speed internet and maid service. Rent is due on the 27th for the following month. Total due at signing will be a $1500 security deposit + 1st month’s rent.

The building is located on a beautiful palm tree-lined street and is open-air, bright and spacious in the common areas. There is a great pool on the roof with views of the Hollywood hills that gets sun all day. There are 2 washers and dryers on every floor. The place comes with 2 underground tandem parking spots. There are 3 guest spots and plenty of street parking as well.

We are right near the base of Runyon Canyon and Rock n’ Roll Ralphs in a great location between WeHo and Hollywood with prime shopping and dining just steps from our door. Right next to Bossa Nova, TruFusion Core Yoga and all the nightlife and restaurants in the heart of WeHo and Hollywood. Trader Joes, Whole Foods, Ralphs, Bristol Farms, CVS, Rite Aid, Target, Crunch gym and more are nearby. Dry cleaners and tailors on the corner and plenty of boutique gyms are blocks away. A short walking distance to the neighborhood Farmer’s Market is awesome as well.

About me: I am a professional female entrepreneur who is mature and responsible but also likes to have fun and enjoy the weekends. I am very organized and keep a tidy home, but I prefer to leave the deep cleaning to the housekeeper. Weekdays are very busy, so I definitely like to chill during the weekends. I am friendly and outgoing, but I also enjoy down/alone time.

About you: This space is perfect for someone in transition, an intern or professional who is visiting and looking for a nice, turnkey place to stay. Must be responsible, clean and organized + someone who doesn’t bring the party home. I prefer a like-minded female but will consider a male if it’s a good fit.

I have 1 super friendly, hypoallergenic kitty, so no more cats, but will consider a small light colored or no-shed dog. Security papers are required.
