North 13th Street

Hi looking for a new roommate to move in! I live in a new two bed room, 2 bathroom apartment, with a small balcony and shared roof top. You’ll have your own bedroom and bathroom, and the bedrooms are at opposite ends of the apartment, with the kitchen and livingroom in between so it’s perfect for privacy.

I have a cat Lucy, she’s very friendly, fluffy, and but a bit shiddish at first. She spends most of her time in my room but likes to hang out in the living room with me as well.

I don’t mind weed (but don’t love it when my home boofs), but would prefer if you smoked on the balcony.

Super close to Aldi and Giant :) and Spring Garden or Fairmont subway stops are both within a 6 minute walk. City hall is about a 20 minute walk. There’s also plenty of bus stops nearby.
Free street parking is easy to find, my current roommate has a car and always finds a nearby spot.

I’m 24 years old and grew up in the burbs outside Philly. Went to Temple University, and have lived here since. I’m a graphic designer and work in publishing.

I have a hybrid work schedule: 2 days in the office, 3 days work from home.

I love to bike around the city, walk, hike, and yoga. Also love going to galleries, the art museum, concerts/shows and art markets :). Also love watching movies, dramas, romcom, anime, etc.

Not a huge partier, I’d say I go out drinking maybe once every other week/three weeks. And prefer chill nights with friends, and getting dinner and drinks than clubbing.

I tend to go to bed around 10:30/11ish and wake up around 8 am (but on the weekends I like to sleep in).

I’m pretty clean and organized, try and to clean every week or so.
