I live in a modern luxury apartment. My apartment complex has 2 resort style pools and 2 club houses. I have a 24hr gym (: My apartment is furnished and I have a spare room that I would like to rent out ASAP. I have a laundry room and a laundry mat on site. I also have a five year old so looking for a female preferably. I would like someone who is cool and laid back I don’t have drama in my life so not looking for a party girl or anything.
