4 bedroom and 2 bath townhouse in Brighton! The place comes with hot water, dishwasher in the kitchen, laundry in the building, and snow removal as well. Total rent is 2900, (not including electricity and gas) so the total you’d have to pay is 725 plus whatever those utilities are at the end of the month. Cat friendly people as 2 cats will be living in the property. You will have your own bedroom and full access to the rest of the place. Place will be furnished (commmon area and kitchen) as we have our own furniture but feel free to bring whatever you want!

We’re pretty chill with most things and enjoy a lot of things such as playing video games, hitting the town, movie nights, and really active outdoors!
