This is a great condo in a perfect area of Mesa right on the border of Tempe and easy access to all the hot spots in the Valley. 1100 Sq feet 3 bedroom in a safe complex with ample off street parking, a nice pool for the summer days,and in unit laundry. Only 10 minutes east of tempe market place or ASU, 15 minutes to Scottsdale, 20 minutes to downtown Phoenix. With my schedule you will have the place to yourself a lot so it’s important to have people that are trust worthy. Walking distance to a nearby shopping center for all the basic needs. I keep the place clean, and it has a great environment to call it your home. Rent includes all utilities even in the Arizona Summer! There are two bathrooms but only one shower, but this has never been an issue in the past with other people I’ve lived with as far as our time to get ready and what not. Washer and dryer in the unit. Oh and did I mention you have a walk in closet too!

It’s just me at the moment, I’m gone mathmaticly half the time but social when I’m home, but definitely won’t keep you up at night. I’m a gamer girl and super friendly, but also know when to give someone space. . Another gamer girl with a small dog would be perfect. I love pets. We should hang out see if we vibe.
