I have a PhD in Electrical Engineering and I work in the Tech industry. Most of time I’m either at work, or at home doing research or so. The household will consist of just three people, and I consider myself a clean and quiet individual.

The prospective tenant for my room should exhibit qualities of quietness, cleanliness, and consideration. Additionally, there will be a non-refundable application fee to cover the cost of a background check.
