Large, furnished room available (approximately 15’ x 8’) in Desert Shores community includes ensuite bathroom, pillow top queen mattress, desk & chair, TV, vaulted ceiling & large closet. You will have access to community pool. You can park in front of the home and will consider small vehicles to park in the garage. You MUST work full-time outside of the home and no overnight guests. This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath single story home. Cox Wi-Fi & all utilities are included with rent.

I’m a 50 year old single male. No pets. I currently work from home though that may change in the near future. I’m super clean and borderline OCD. I don’t care how clean you keep your bedroom & bathroom though I expect you to clean up after yourself in the kitchen. I rarely have any friends over and prefer a quiet household.
